Dr. Palmira GuimarΓ£es is a renowned specialist in Orofacial Harmonization, recognized for her precision, innovation and dedication to excellence. With a solid international background, she holds a master’s degree from the SΓ£o Leopoldo Mandic Dental Research Center in Campinas, SP, as well as advanced courses in Facial Anatomy at IFDS and the Craniofacial Research Center of the University of Miami, USA. Her work stands out for its innovative and safe techniques, with an emphasis on the use of ultrasound to guide facial procedures.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Palmira GuimarΓ£es is a passionate educator, teaching Orofacial Harmonization at renowned institutions, such as FAIPE, Instituto Harmonize, Instituto Elaine Granato and Instituto IOA. Her work as a professor reflects her commitment to the dissemination of knowledge and the training of new highly qualified professionals.

Dr. Elaine Granato is a renowned specialist in Orofacial Harmonization and several areas of dentistry, with a consolidated career marked by excellence. Graduated from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) in 1991, she has specializations in Periodontics, Dental Implants, Endodontics and Orofacial Harmonization, standing out as one of the pioneers and main references in this field.
Since 2014, Dr. Elaine has dedicated herself intensely to the practice and teaching of Orofacial Harmonization, accumulating vast experience. Her relentless pursuit of excellence has led her to participate in important international courses, such as the advanced course in Facial Anatomy at the Miami Anatomical Research Center (MARC) and an exclusive meeting in Korea with the inventor of facial threads, an innovative technique for facial rejuvenation.
In addition, Dr. Elaine was one of the first to obtain the specialization from FAIPE, integrating the inaugural class of this renowned course. As a Master in Orofacial Harmonization, she combines technical skills with an artistic approach, providing natural and personalized results for her patients.

COURSE SYLLABUS
Study and Training of Facial Techniques with Fresh Cadavers
Study and training of facial anatomy on fresh cadavers with techniques for applying botulinum toxin, facial fillers and biostimulators with dyes (techniques with needles and cannulas) and PDO threads.
Use of Ultrasound to Differentiate Injectable Materials
Imaging study with Ultrasound Imaging to recognize and differentiate the different injected materials and injection planes.
Anatomical Dissection to Understand Injection Planes and Intercurrences
Dissection of anatomical specimen β 1 cadaveric specimen for every 2 students β to understand the anatomical planes of insertion of injected products, migration and possible complications.
